Clinical presentation

Per vaginal Urinary leakage of urine within one week after delivery.

History of difficulty labour.

Features reflecting complications of obstructed labour such as Pelvic bone pain, Foot drop, unsteady gait.

Psychological instabilities.

Escape of watery discharge per vagina.

Excoriation of the vulva skin.

Palpation of anterior vaginal wall can reveal only if it is a large fistula, small fistulae cannot be revealed by this technique.
