Stage 0: Carcinoma-in-situ

Stage I
I a: Microinvasive
I b: Macroinvasive

Stage II
IIa: Upper 2/3 of vagina
IIb: Parametrial involvement (not to fixed to the pelvis)

Stage III
III a: Lower 1/3 of vagina invasion
III b: Fixed to the pelvis or hydronephrosis/ nonfunctional kidney.

Stage IV
IV a: Bladder or rectal mucosa invasion
IV b: Distant metastases
