Treatment

IM diclofenac 150 mg stat.

IV fluids Normal saline/Ringer’s Lactate.

The definitive treatment is Ovarian detorsion if the Ovary is still viable.

In case of necrotic ovaries Salpingo-oophorectomy is recommended.
