A 26 years old lady is brought to a dispensary at which you are working presenting with three months history of abdominal distention associated with mild lower abdominal pain. However she denies any history of amenorrhea and per vaginal bleeding. On examination she has a solid mass of about 13cm by 10cm which is smooth and firm. Cervical excitation test is done revealing positive results. Discuss the management of this patient.

A 49 years old lady presents with 2 months history of per vaginal bleeding which is pronounced in three to seven days early in every month. This condition is associated with dizziness and heart beat awareness. On examination she is cachexic, pale, with stable vital signs.
