Abdominal pelvic Ultra Sound

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA).PSA level greater than 4 ng/ml is suggestive of prostate cancer however other differentials must be ruled out.

Prostate biopsy for histopathology.

In case of suspected metastasis, X Ray of the spine, Liver function test, Renal function test are recommended.
