Cephalic presentation
Fetal head is the fore most part. It makes up to 95% of all deliveries.
Types
Vertex presentation, the fetal neck is flexed to the chest.
Sinciput presentation, the forehead becomes the foremost part.
Brow presentation, the eye brows line becomes the foremost part.
Face presentation, the foremost part is the mentum.

Breech presentation
It is the presentation in which the foremost part are the buttocks or feet.
Complete breech ,both legs are flexed at the hips and knees (fetus appears to be sitting ‘crossed-legged’).
Footling breech, both legs are flexed at the hip and extended at the knee. This is the most common type of breech presentation.
Frank breech, one or both legs extended at the hip, so that the foot is the presenting part.

Shoulder presentation
the baby is in a transverse lie thus the leading part is an arm, a shoulder, or the trunk.
