OBSTETRICS FETAL LIE, PRESENTATION, POSITION AND ATTITUDE Mode of delivery

Cephalic presentation

Vertex presentation-SVD is recommended

Sinciput presentation-SVD is recommended

Persistent Brow presentation-Caesarean section is recommended

Face presentation-Caesarean section is recommended especially when the mentum is  lying posteriorly or is in a transverse position.

Breech presentation

In Complete and frank breech presentation SVD can be attempted.

Footling breech presentation, caesarean section is recommended

Shoulder presentation

Caesarean section is recommended
