Maternal resuscitation

Air ways should be secured.

Breathing must be ensured and Oxygen therapy be provided if indicated

IV fluids administration or blood transfusion must be provided based on the ongoing loss.

Assessment of patient’s GCS.

Definitive treatment

Emergency Caesarean section OR

Emergency caesarean section with hysterectomy in case of irreparable uterus.
