Clinical presentation

Asymptomatic in intact ectopic pregnancy.

Symptoms present in ruptured ectopic pregnancy:

Amenorrhea

Acute abdominal pain

Per Vaginal bleeding

Pallor

Features of shock

Evident pelvic mass which is tender on palpation.

Muscle guarding

Rebound tenderness

Positive cervical excitation test, patient responds by expressing a chandelier’s sign.
