Bladder decompression with a Foley catheter.

Emergency suprapubic catheterisation (SPC) or cystostomy. In which a drainage tube is placed into the urinary bladder through a transverse incision roughly two fingerbreadths above the pubic symphysis.

Treat the specific cause.
