Prostaglandin analogs such as Latanoprost 0.005% one drop, 24 hourly in the affected eye. They work by enhancing uveoscleral outflow.
Diuretics(Alpha carbonic anhydrase) such as Acetazolamide tablets (PO) is 500mg stat followed by 250mg 6 hourly. They work by reducing aqueous production.
