Eye socket/ Orbit

It is made up of seven bones which are Maxilla, Frontal bone, Zygomatic bone, Ethmoid bone, Lacrimal bone, Sphenoid bone, and Palatine bone.

Parts

Apex ,made up of optic foramen

Roof (superior), made up of orbital part of the frontal bone, lesser wing of the sphenoid bone

Medial, made up of orbital plate of the ethmoid bone, lacrimal bone, frontal process of the maxilla, lesser wing of the sphenoid bone

Floor (inferior) ,made up of orbital surface of the maxilla, zygomatic bone, palatine bone

Lateral, made up of zygomatic bone and sphenoid bone.
