Swelling/Lump on the groin on superomedial aspect of the pubic tubercle

Varying degree of groin pain

The above presentations may get worse with strenuous activities.

On palpation, Valsalva maneuver will give positive results in case of reducible inguinal hernia.

If it enters the scrotum, you can go above it.
