Umbilical cord decompression.

It can be done through:

Placement of the mother in a steep Trendelenburg or knee-chest position to help elevate the presenting part

Placement of a finger or hand in the vaginal vault and gentle elevation of the presenting part off the umbilical cord. This is done carefully not to place any additional pressure on the cord, as this can cause vasospasm and worsen outcomes.

Saline infusion into bladder.

Consider tocolytics in case of delayed delivery

Definitive treatment

Emergency caesarean section.
