A 21 years old lady comes to your health facility presenting with 3 months history of amenorrhea which is currently associated with severe progressive non projectile vomiting episodes which is more marked on taking fatty foods. On examination, she is ill looking with dry lips and oral mucosa. Her blood pressure is125/71mmHg and Body temperature is 37.6°C . Describe the management of this patient.

A 19 years old lady at GA of 14 weeks, presents with high grade fever which is associated with joint pain and general body weakness as well as blackish urine. On examination, she is weak, febrile with pale conjunctiva. She has a body temperature of 40.6°C with other vital signs being unremarkable. Describe the management of this patient.

A 32 years old woman who is G3P2L2 currently at GA of 40 weeks and 6 days is brought to Obstetrics department presenting with gradual onset of cramping lower abdominal pain which is on and off associated with a mucoid bloody per vaginal discharge three hours ago. On examination she is restless with stable vital signs, On abdominal examination the fetus is found perpendicular to the maternal spine. Describe the management of this patient.
