1. A 42 years old man is brought to the health facility you are working at presenting with a one month history of watery rhinorrhea despite of using ephedrine nasal drops for 3 weeks consecutively. On examination, he has stable vital signs ,evident mouth breathing and he has bilateral oedematous nasal mucosa. Describe the management of this patient.

2. A 24 years old lady is brought to emergence department presenting with bleeding per right nostril which started progressively four hours ago. On examination, she is restless with severe active bleeding from her right nostril, she is hypotensive with a slow capillary refill. Discuss the management of this patient.

3. A 15 years old boy presents with history of recurrent nasal congestion which is more marked on his right nose which has been associated with snoring tendency at night and interrupted sleep. On examination he has unremarkable vital signs and he uses mouth to breath. Describe the management of this patient.
