Treatment

Chlorhexidine gluconate 0.1% mouthwash used 8hourly for 5days OR
Triamcinolone acetonide cream 0.1% apply 12hourly for 5days
Prednisolone (PO) 20mg 8hourly for 3days then dose tapered to 10mg 8hourly for 2 days then 5mg 8hourly for other 2 days.
Paracetamol (PO) 1gm 8hourly for 3days .
