Epidemiology
Ā Ameloblastomas represent about 1% of all jaw tumors, but they are the second-most common odontogenic tumor. They are much more common in the lower jaw (80%) than in the upper jaw (20%), and more common in the posterior mandible as compared to the anterior. They are most common in patients aged between 20 to 40 years.
